Drivers arriving at terminal opening should use Gate 4 at Terminal 18. During terminal hours, if Gate 1 is at capacity, DO NOT line up onto city right of way. Use Gate 4. Trucks blocking or lined up on city right of way may be subject to citation by local law enforcement.
