The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) is seeking industry input and expressions of interest in future non-containerized cargo operations at Terminal 30, an exciting business opportunity at a prime location in our Seattle Harbor. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to better understand market interest in use of the terminal for non-containerized cargo operations, operational concepts, investment strategies, and potential non-containerized cargo opportunities. Responses will help inform future planning and development decisions for this property.

Located on Seattle's East Waterway, Terminal 30 offers approximately 70 acres of marine industrial property, nearly 2,700 feet of deep-water berth, extensive paved cargo handling areas, secure terminal infrastructure, and excellent connectivity to regional highway and rail networks. The facility is strategically positioned to support a wide range of non-containerized cargo activities, including breakbulk, project cargo, bulk commodities, and roll-on/roll-off (RORO) operations.

The NWSA welcomes ideas from terminal operators, cargo owners, logistics providers, developers, and infrastructure partners interested in bringing new marine cargo business and innovative operating concepts to this significant waterfront asset.
